Terms and conditions, delivery costs

All orders within the European Union will be shipped by the Spanish shipping agency GLS, which will collect your order from our warehouse and deliver it in the shortest time possible to the delivery address you state when placing your online order. 

Delivery costs cover insurance, transport and packaging costs. If your parcel/box is damaged during transport and you take notice upon receipt we kindly ask you to report the damage on the shipping agency´s delivery note so there is track of the incidence. If you fail to report the damage on the delivery note please write an e-mail to [email protected] within the first 48h upon receipt of the goods and please attach a picture of the damaged cardboard box. If the goods inside of the parcel are damaged, please also write us an e-mail and add pictures of the damage goods as well as a close-up picture of the shipping label (outside of the box) so we can proceed with the claim. 

Delivery time to European countries start at 3-4 working days but depend on the country of destination. For more information please refer to the below list. Please note that outside of the Spanish mainland there are no deliveries on Saturdays except that you send us your shipping agency to collect the order from our premises. If so, please get in contact with us by e-mail (contact address above.)

Shipping costs for European countries start at 12,50 € + VAT (if applicable). For more information about shipping charges to your shipping destination please look at the below list.

All orders over €350 net (VAT and freight charges not included) with a shipping destination within the European Union don´t bear shipping costs, Artipistilos S.L. running all handling and transport expenses.

Return and refund 
In case you are not satisfied with the products you have the right to return the goods to us within 14 (natural) days upon receipt of the goods. In this case you will have to bear the shipping costs of the return shipment. Also, we can only refund the amount paid to you in a form of a customer credit/ credit note provided the goods receive us in good conditions. Please foresee for an appropriate packaging and save shipping and send it to:

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Refunds are made as credit note in your customer account for future purchases on www.artipistilos.com 

Countries that don´t belong the the European Union, Americas, Asia Pacific: When placing your order you will be charged a standard shipping fee of 60,00€. Artipistilos will contact the customer and inform about the real shipping costs and delivery time once the order has entered in the ERP system. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and measurements of the parcel and Artipistilos will always search for the most economic shipping costs.

If you are a professional milliner or modist, you can profit from a discount on all of our products without a minimum purchasing amount. Besides, we can offer you more discounts according to your order volume. For more information, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

In order to profit from the discount for professional customers please set up a customer account on our website and send us proof of your business to [email protected] .Please let us know the e-mail address linked to your customer account. Once we have received the necessary information and identified you in the system we will apply the discount and get in contact with you by e-mail to let you know that you can start purchasing on our website with the discount directly getting applied on item level.
