STANDARD DELIVERY

All shipments are made through GLS. Shipping includes insurance, transport and packaging.

For international shipments, different shipping costs apply. Please refer to the list below.

Your order will be delivered the next day during the delivery schedule; if not, Artipistilos will refund the shipping cost of your order in the form of credit for your next purchase on our website: www.artipistilos.com

Conditions:

• The order must be confirmed before 14:00h, as well as any modification, extension or change in the delivery address.
• Make sure the shipping address is correct.
• Do not forget to leave a phone number where the courier can reach you.
• If paying by bank transfer, you must send us the payment receipt before 14:00h to the following email: administracion@artipistilos.com
• Made-to-order products are not included in this service.
• 24h delivery is guaranteed Monday to Friday (working days).
• If you wish to receive your order on Saturday, you may request our SaturdayService.
• If you are absent from your home at the time of delivery, being a cause unrelated to Artipistilos, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
• Please note that shipments are only processed and sent on business days, excluding national and local holidays.

FOR ISLAND SHIPMENTS

Baleares: Shipping cost is €15.00. Delivery time 48/72h (excluding weekends and holidays)

Canary Islands: Shipping cost is €15.00 (depending on package volume and weight). Shipments are made by postal mail and the estimated delivery time is between 7 and 10 days.

Customers from the Canary Islands are exempt from paying customs fees, DUA.

The Single Administrative Document (DUA) for export between the Canary Archipelago and Mainland Spain has been removed for online commercial transactions under €3,000.

FREE SHIPPING COSTS FROM…

All mainland orders over €90 net (VAT, shipping costs, accumulated discounts and discount vouchers not included) will be exempt from shipping charges.

All island orders over €250 net (VAT, shipping costs, accumulated discounts and discount vouchers not included) will be exempt from shipping charges

SaturdayService

Saturday morning delivery: €19.50 + VAT - ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MAINLAND SPAIN

Service conditions:

• Delivery will be made before 13:30h on Saturday. No afternoon deliveries.
• The order must be confirmed before 14:00h on Friday; orders placed after this time will not be accepted for SaturdayService.
• Order modifications or extensions will be accepted until 14:00h on Friday, never after this time.
• Changes to the delivery address will be accepted until 14:00h on Friday, never after this time.
• Ensure the shipping address is correct.
• Do not forget to leave a phone number where the courier can reach you.
• If paying by bank transfer, you must send us the payment receipt before 14:00h on Friday to the following email: administracion@artipistilos.com
• Made-to-order products are not included in this service.
• This service does not include free shipping offers from a certain amount.
• This option is NOT exempt from shipping fees.
• SaturdayService delivery is limited to towns with more than 25,000 inhabitants.

For this reason, orders will only be processed and shipped if they have been confirmed before 14:00.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
