These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the General Conditions) govern the use of the website www.artipistilos.com, owned by Artipistilos S.L., an economic interest grouping whose details we provide below, in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce:

Certain Services or Content offered on the website may be subject to "Specific Conditions", which are also made available to the User at all times and may supplement or replace the General Conditions with regard to the use of the specific service to which they refer. The terms of these General Conditions may be updated in the future by Artipistilos S.L. and adapted to the regulations in force, so that acceptance of the terms of the Service shall mean acceptance of any and all updates made by Artipistilos S.L.. TERMS OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE ARTIPISTILOS S.L. WEBSITE
Conditions of access
Access to the Portal is free of charge for Users and does not require the User to subscribe or register beforehand. However, the use of some Services requires the User to subscribe beforehand, although access shall in all cases be free of charge. On this basis, any information that the User may need to provide in order to access any of the Services must be truthful. To this end, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the data they communicate as a result of completing the forms required to subscribe to the Services. Likewise, it shall be the User's responsibility to keep all the information provided to Artipistilos S.L. permanently updated so that it reflects, at all times, the User's actual situation. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make and for any damage they cause to Artipistilos S.L. or to third parties through the information they provide.
Intellectual and industrial property
All content accessible through the Artipistilos website is subject to intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to ARTIPISTILOS S.L. itself or to other third parties who hold them. Under no circumstances does access to said website imply any kind of waiver, transfer or assignment, in whole or in part, of said rights, nor does it confer any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate said content without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for this purpose by Artipistilos S.L. or by the third party holding the rights concerned, except for the right to view and obtain a private backup copy of such content, provided that said right is exercised in accordance with the principles of good faith, that the "copyright" notice and other details identifying the rights of Artipistilos S.L. or of third parties holding them over such content are in all cases kept unaltered in any private backup copy, and that it is made for non-commercial purposes and exclusively for the User's personal information.
Use of the content
The obtaining (reproduction, etc.), even in part, and the exclusive or non-exclusive use (distribution, public communication, dissemination, transformation, etc.) of any Content of any nature accessible through the Website (e.g. texts, images, software, etc.) is strictly prohibited, other than through the form, channels, means or procedures expressly provided or indicated on the website, and without the prior express authorisation or consent of the legitimate holders of said Content and of the rights attached to it.
Use of COOKIE technology
In order to streamline the Service offered by identifying each User as quickly as possible, Artipistilos S.L. may use "cookies". "Cookies" are codes that the server places on the computer's hard disk in order to identify the User. "Cookies" are associated solely with an anonymous User and do not allow access to personal data or, in general, to data on the User's hard disk. If the User does not wish a "cookie" to be installed on their hard disk, they must configure their browser so as not to receive them.
Protection of personal data.
Artipistilos S.L. informs Users of its policy on the protection of personal data (hereinafter, "the Personal Data") so that Users may freely and voluntarily decide whether they wish to provide Artipistilos S.L. with the Personal Data that may be requested from them or that may be obtained when they subscribe or register for any of the services offered by Artipistilos S.L. through its website. Artipistilos S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or case law as well as to industry practices. The Personal Data collected shall be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the corresponding automated files of Artipistilos S.L., this company being the owner of and party responsible for its own file (hereinafter, the "Files"). To this end, Artipistilos S.L. shall provide Users with the appropriate technical resources so that, beforehand, they may access these General Conditions or any other relevant information and may give their consent for Artipistilos S.L. to carry out the automated processing of their Personal Data. Except in the fields where otherwise indicated, answers to questions about Personal Data are voluntary, and failure to answer shall not entail any reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless otherwise indicated. Users are entitled to, and may exercise, the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and objection regarding their data included in the File, in accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, by means of a written request addressed to Artipistilos S.L. , Avenida Comunidad de Galicia, 68. 13610 - Campo de Criptana. Ciudad Real (España), in the form and under the conditions provided for in the aforementioned regulations. Methods of payment
So that the consumer can pay for the goods purchased in complete security, the following payment systems shall be available:
Cash payment: the customer pays for the goods in cash at the time of delivery to their address.
Advance payment by bank transfer. It is very important that the customer's name is entered in the SENDER or ORDERING PARTY field, and the order or invoice number must be entered in the SUBJECT field.
Advance payment by credit card. For payments made with cards issued outside Spain, the issuing bank must participate in the Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) security protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement shall not be accepted. Artipistilos reserves the right to refuse any transaction made by credit card. As an alternative, we suggest payment by bank transfer. Any other method of payment shall be negotiated by Artipistilos, S.L. on the terms agreed at the time of contracting the service.
Complaint forms
In accordance with Art. 1 of Spanish Royal Decree (RD) 5/1997 of 14 January, complaint forms are available to our Customers at the company's registered office.
