We have developed a bespoke tool that lets you request a return of your products quickly and easily.
The key features of our tool are:
· 1st. Simple process: once you have logged in to your Artipistilos account, you can request a return of your products in just 2 clicks. Our intuitive interface will guide you through the process, so you can choose the return option that best suits your needs.
· 2nd. Return options: the options available include refunds, exchanges or online vouchers. If you choose a refund, Artipistilos will refund your money instantly, with no need to wait 14 days.
· 3rd. Logistics: you will not need to worry about printing return labels or choosing a courier to send the product back, as we take care of the entire logistics process. Returns are handled by an external company specialising in return logistics. You can see the cost here: Logistics fee
4th. Return tracking: once you have requested a return, you can track its status through our platform.
Please note that the maximum period for requesting a return is 14 days from receipt of the product. If you have any questions or need help during the process, our support team will be available to help you at all times.
