How to request a return at Artipistilos

At Artipistilos, your shopping experience really matters to us and we want to offer you the best solution for returns. That is why we have developed a personalised tool that lets you request the return of your products quickly and easily.

The key points of our returns tool

1. Simple process:
Once you have logged in to your Artipistilos customer account, you can request the return of your products in just two clicks. Our intuitive interface will guide you through the process so that you can choose the return option that best suits your needs.
2. Return options:
The options available include refunds, exchanges or online vouchers.
If you choose a refund, Artipistilos will refund your money instantly, with no need to wait 14 days.
3. Logistics process:
You will not have to worry about printing return labels or choosing a courier to send the product back, because we take care of the entire logistics process. Returns are handled by an external company specialising in returns logistics.
4. Return tracking:
Once you have requested your return, you can track its status on our platform.
