FELT BASES AND SKULLCAPS
This category brings together felt bases and skullcaps for making fascinators and hats: round and teardrop bases, pressed skullcaps, pillbox styles and berets. Most are top-quality 100% merino wool felt; there are also lightweight synthetic felt versions.
The small bases are finished with velvet bias binding and are ideal for mini fascinators with flowers, feathers or veils. Skullcaps and pillboxes are listed by size (57 or 58) and some have a self-adjusting sweatband, elastic or an inner elastic cord. The measurements of each model are shown on its product page.
