It is specially designed as a decoupage glue and varnish for applying napkins etc to almost all surfaces, such as tiles, glass, wood, ceramics, etc…Paint over Powerprint projects to give a great finish. Easycoat Mat is waterproof and may be placed outside when your project is dry.
