Worbla's® KobraCast Art (WKA): the most versatile Worbla's® in the world!

Worbla's® KobraCast Art: you can call it the Jack of All Trades of Worbla and, like all Worbla's® Art Series products, it does not contain solvents or is toxic (although it has not yet been qualified as ASTM D-4236).

It is activated by heat (approximately 80-90 ° C / 175-195 ° F) and can be molded by hand, in a mold.

WKA can be reactivated as many times as you wish and all the leftovers can be reused so that there is no waste.

Worbla's® KobraCast Art contains a very strong adhesive, which means that it adheres very well to itself and other materials if treated properly.

What makes Worbla's® KobraCast Art so unique is the super elastic mesh, but resistant to rips in the interior. This makes it possible to mold organic shapes like horns. WKA remains flexible even after cooling, which allows the separation of complex molds, including those with recesses. Worbla's Kobracast Art comes in sheets of the same size as other Worbla sheet plastics, and is Worbla's thinnest product: it has the same thickness as a cardboard.

Worbla's Kobracast Art can be modeled on a plaster mold.

The surface of Worbla's® KobraCast Art maintains a texture similar to that of a thin medical gauze. You can paint directly on it or prepare it with Flexbond, Gesso or other primers to soften the surface before painting.

One of the new features of Kobracast is that it can easily sew easily to join leather, furs, fabrics and more. Because WKA is exceptionally light, it is ideal for a stabilizing substructure for bags, headgear, hats, hats, sculptural works for movies, theater and much more!

Worbla's Kobracast Art is named after a previous product that some might know (the now discontinued KobraCast), but it is not a direct recreation. One of the biggest changes is that the original KobraCast was breathable, and the new Kobracast Art is not.
