Description

Its texture is refined enough and it is surprisingly soft and flexible, yet with a strong warp. It is an exotic alternative to standard millinery fabric, with uses that extend not only to making fascinators but also to sturdier constructions such as hats, wide-brim hats, bags, etc. This fabric is approximately 56 - 61 cm wide and is sold by the half metre.
This material is very new to millinery and has a great deal of potential for creating a new look in hats.
