Sabutan is in fashion this season! It is made from the fibres of the pandan plant. The strips are hand-woven into a fabric that lends itself very well to blocking hat crowns.
The outer edges of the base are stitched so you can create freeform structures or achieve a neat finish on the hat brim. Its extra-large size means you can use it for various projects.
The bases measure approximately 58 to 60 cm in diameter.
We send them folded. They quickly regain their original shape with a little steam or light ironing.
