Description

Power Cotton is a 100% cotton fibre product you won't want to miss. These long threads can be used to simulate hair on Powertex figurines or to add different textures and volume to wide-brim hats, hats, fascinators, paintings, sculptures, cosplay or other objects. Use: cut the threads to the desired length and carefully apply Powertex to the fibres. Wring out any excess Powertex and apply to your artwork. We recommend our tutorial DVDs and books.
