Synthetic felt pillbox base – for wide-brim hats and headpieces

Bases made of high-quality synthetic felt, composed of 35% cotton and 65% polyester, designed as a structural base to be sewn onto a brim to create wide-brim hats made of sinamay, felt, braided natural straw, or other materials.

The pillbox-style design provides a stable, lightweight, and versatile base, ideal both for wide-brim hats and for direct use as a pillbox base in headpieces and structured hats.

They do not include any internal fixing system (headband, elastic, or comb), allowing total creative freedom and the possibility to adapt the fixing method according to the needs of each design.
