Hat block made of ABS. Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, or ABS, is a highly impact-resistant plastic widely used in the automotive industry and for other industrial and household purposes. It is an amorphous thermoplastic. These hat blocks are light, stackable, washable and portable, they weigh very little and, best of all, they are affordably priced. They are excellent for shaping, blocking, drying and storing your felt hats. They are very strong and can withstand the whole felt hat-making process. They are designed to be used with "steam and heat".
