EASY HAT FIX – HEADBAND FASTENING SYSTEM

EASY HAT FIX is a headband fastening system developed by ARTIPISTILOS, S.L. as a result of our R&D work applied to millinery.

Designed to secure headbands inside wide-brimmed hats, canotiers, headpieces and other millinery designs, it provides firm and stable fastening without the need for sewing.

It is easily placed inside the piece and keeps the headband in the desired position, preventing it from shifting during use. It remains completely invisible from the outside, preserving the aesthetics of the design and providing a clean, professional finish.

Its padded surface with soft foam provides greater comfort, allowing the piece to be worn comfortably throughout the ceremony or event.

It adapts to different types of crowns and materials, does not transfer colour or damage the surface to which it is adhered.

Easy to apply

Place the wide-brimmed hat, canotier or headpiece in the desired position, place EASY HAT FIX at the appropriate point and press for a few seconds.

You can use one unit, two together or one on each side, depending on the design and the level of fastening required.

Available colours

EASY HAT FIX is available in black, white and black/white.

We recommend using the white version for wide-brimmed hats, canotiers, headpieces and other designs in light shades, such as beige, camel, sand or similar colours, especially when working with thin or lightweight materials.

The black version is particularly suitable for designs and materials in dark shades.

The black/white version combines both options: its adhesive side is white, so it can also be used on wide-brimmed hats, canotiers, headpieces and other designs in light shades, while the rest of the piece has a black finish.

Both colours can be used without any problem on thicker materials, as the system is placed inside the piece and is not visible from the outside.
