INTENSIVE COURSE - PERIOD HAIRDRESSING (NEW DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED)

Contents:

• A brief chronological introduction to the different historical periods.
• The most representative hairstyles of each period and how they are created.
• Techniques for creating historical hairstyles: setting, waving techniques, fitting hairpieces and padding, ornaments and accessories of each period, curls and pin curls (papillotes).

Work to be completed during the course:

• 4 period hairstyles and 1 waved style.

Materials required:

Each participant should bring a long-haired doll head (or more, if they have them), a table stand for the doll head, their own combs and brushes, hairpins and hair elastics, rollers for setting (not too large), a drying net, a hand-held hairdryer, a drying cap and a small curling tong.
