THICKNESS GUIDE

1.2 mm – An extra-rigid wire, generally useful for creating very firm hat structures.
1.0 mm – A firm wire, suitable for hat structures, flower stems and lightweight brims.
0.8 mm – A slightly firm wire, ideal for light structural details and trimmings.
0.4 mm – Almost like a thread, this fine wire is excellent for attaching trimmings and creating veins in flowers.
