MASTERCLASS IN SILK ABACA AND PARASISAL

We will know the secrets of these noble materials of natural origin and delicate texture, such as the Abaca Silk and the Parasisal, so used in the haute couture of the headgear both for their exquisiteness and for their hardness and resistance. All these qualities make the works made with these materials are exclusive creations of great quality, it could be said that each piece is unique.

The craftswoman Montse Agudo shows in this Masterclass several techniques that will allow you to work the Abaca Seda and the Parasisal in a comfortable and relaxed way, a real pleasure with highly gratifying and satisfying final results.

You will have the possibility to make several pieces with each material.

CONTENT

SILK ABACA

We will finish a piece with its endings to achieve a beautiful turban as the final culmination.

We will achieve that the finishes of our works are exquisite and delicate as deserved the refined material.

PARASISAL

We will put into practice the technique to dye this fine straw whose origin is the sisal, to later hormar and make original adornments with this material so used in Spain and England for its versatility and elegance.

TERMS

Both courses will be held in a single day of 10h duration.

Maximum 3 students per course.

PRICE

190€ includes materials. Lunch not included. 

At the end of the course the student will obtain a diploma, granted by our artisan Montse Agudo.
