At Artispistilos' online store, we offer you all the tools you need to craft your own fabric flowers or leaves to decorate your hats. Specifically, we have two products in our catalog: manual die cutting templates and flower creation kits.

The manual die cutting templates are very easy to use. First, place the metal part on a heat source. We recommend using a flameless heat source such as a hotplate, stove, or grill.

Once the metal is hot, place the die on a non-burnable surface. Then, put the fabric piece you want to shape on the bottom part and, with the part attached to the wooden handle, press down on the fabric. It will only take a few seconds for it to take the form of the mold.

Here you'll find dozens of different manual dies, both floral (gardenias, carnations, roses, camellias, orchids) as well as leaves or petals. They come in various sizes and even with several shapes on the same die so that you can speed up the production of these decorations.

Our fabric flower creation kits consist of 3 elements.

The soldering iron with temperature control or electric marker transfers energy to the tool's tip for heating. As the name suggests, the temperature can be adjusted using the incorporated dial.

The interchangeable parts for the marker are made of brass and heat up when energy is supplied by the soldering iron. There are different shapes available for molding the fabric in various ways. The main types are: ball, spoon, hook, and knife. We offer specific stands to comfortably place these pieces.

The sponges are the surfaces upon which the fabrics to be molded are placed. Molding fabric on a hard surface is impossible; you need a softer surface that sinks in when pressed with the hot tool. We have sponges with different hardness levels according to the needs and preferences of the customer. We recommend placing a wooden board under the sponge.

To use these kits safely, it's important to consider some precautions.

  • Do not touch the iron's heating elements or the brass tips with bare hands.
  • Allow the device to rest for 5 minutes every 30 minutes of use to prevent overheating.
  • Do not apply too much pressure or the iron and tips can become deformed.
  • Keep the tips clean with the help of a cotton swab.
